Parking Lot Navigator

Design Problem: Create a system to alert drivers using a parking lot how many empty parking stalls and their location.

Solution: Along with my team of 4, we did extensive research on different designs in the market. We chose to use light sensors that will be attached underneath each parking stall; these sensors relay to a large LCD placed in front of the parking lot how many spaces are free and direct the driver to the specific stall.

Role: I was involved in the design process as well as documentation and research for the report.
